Okay so Im going to lay it out as Pros and Cons... thats the easiest way to do it I guess. But first off I think the first time I used it I didnt do it right because the second time everything went beautifully.

Pros:
If you take your time with it, you will have a super clean floor. Definately was better than breaking my back on my hands and knees with a sponge. I would rather take extra time with this mop.
Price is Great
Swivels nicely... got behind the toilet in my tiny bathroom.

Cons:
Only 15min of steam... at first this was not enough but like I said i think i was doing it wrong, the second time i got my kitchen floor done in the 15min and it looked beautiful.
No instructions in the box - i probably would have had a better result the first time if there were instructions.
the wash cloth on the bottom is pretty thin and flimsy
You have to wait for it to cool down before you can refill it to use it again (i used this time tho to wash my base boards with a sponge and i had my kids help me out so that wait was not that horrible)

Tips:
The section you put the Lysol in... You have to push the white button looking thing down a few times to get the lysol to work. I didnt do that the first time and i noticed it still sitting in the chamber when i was done.

Move slow... give the heat a few seconds on each spot. you dont have to go too terribly slow but dont just fastly mop like its a regular mop.
Order extra cloths, I had to throw the two in the wash machine before i was done with my floor and wait for them to be done. I did that though because I went over the floor a second coat. Im glad I did to because the second coat/wash I had barely any dirt that time which makes me feel like my floor is spic n span

I saw infomercials for more expensive steam mops, but I figured the mechanics had to be the same on all of them. I bought this one just to see if these steam mops really worked as good as they appeared too. I HATE cleaning my hard wood floors and rarely actually do (aside from vacuming). Since getting the steam cleaning mop, I mop weekly, and my floors look GREAT! I have a two bedroom condo, all hard wood floors. I didn't get any extra pads, I just use one a week and wash them, so far so good. I recommended my mom to buy one and she likes it a lot too. For the price its great! I think when this breaks down though, I will get one of the more expensive brands with lots of other functions on it.

very nice product, I use it for tile floors, and it cleans awsome, very easy to use ,and u dont need to be weightlifter to handle the product, seems to hold up nicely, it's also fun to use.

Since I have received this I have cleaned my floors SO MUCH! It's so simple and easy. The first time it took me a little longer because I was being cautious and reading all the directions to make sure I did everything right. I have used this about 10 times. Every time it makes my floors SUPER clean! Which is good because my whole house is hard floors. Tile in the kitchen and bathroom and wood floors everywhere else. I can usually clean most of my house with one use. Cleaning the rags that come with it is easy. Just throw them in the washer. Seems like it will hold up very well! Definitely worth the money!

I wanted to get a steam mop because my mother and sister raved about how well they cleaned. This one was on sale at Amazon and I had a gift card to make up nearly all the difference so this is the one I chose. It is easy to use and does get the floors cleaner but I do have a few quibbles. The cloths are very small and they get dirty so fast you have to change them before the steam gives out. The cleaner gets very hot so you have to turn it off, let it cool off and them put on another cloth. It also doesn't have a signal to say when the water has run out so you just have to keep listening to it to determine if it is still steaming. I haven't found the cloths anywhere else except on Amazon and just the two that comes with it is not nearly enough. That said, I do like that by steaming it disinfects the floor. I also like that there is no water puddled on the floor after I'm done, just a light film that evaporates quickly. I did overfill it once and got the sputtering and excessive water that other reviewers talk about but care taken to measure the water resolved that. This is not the fanciest steamer but is my first one and it does the job for a reasonable price.

I've only had this mop for about a year and loved every minute of using it! It definitely got my floors much cleaner than conventional mops and I loved that it was getting disinfected as well. I can't say that I've "over-used" the product at all, so when I went to mop my floor this weekend it didn't turn on! I took it to different outlets, turned it off & on over and over, but not luck. I was very bummed!! Now I'm off to find another mop that will meet the standards but I doubt I'll be buying this one again. I want one that will last.

I was totally taken by surprise with this little appliance, we needed something to clean our laminate and tile floors that did not leave streaks or just move the dirt around, I wanted steam but was so confused by the number of products to choose from. We were at an electronics store, saw this in the floor care section, and decided for the price might be worth a try and OMG, I love it. steams fast no bells and whistles to worry about and cleans instantly, It takes no time for it to steam and almost instant dry, you do not want to overfill as it will leave to much water, but it is great and a plus that you have reusable cloths. Can not go wrong for the function and ease of use. I love mine for the clean non streak floors I now have....and can have with out all of the heavy equipment to drag around.

The product assebbled easily. It has no light to tell you it's on but if you wait you can hear it bubble. I just ran it over a floor that I just hit with a swiffer wet mop and it brought up tons more dirt. I'm keeping my swiffer for a while longer in case this turns out to be a short working life product. So far I think it's well worth the money.

I really love this little, inexpensive steam mop! I don't have tons of flooring to use it on but enough to know it's getting a workout and doing a great job. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working for zero apparant reason...I've had it for about two years I think. It just won't heat up any more. So, I am on Amazon to either buy this model or something 'a step up'. It's not a fancy mop, that's for sure, but for small to medium jobs it really does do a great job.

I bought this steam mop because it was inexpensive, and well, I guess sometimes you get what you pay for. I used it 3 times and found myself haveing to mop up excess water after using it and as far as the steam goes, it was very little and not worth using the thing. If your in the market for a steam mop, you may want to spend the extra money and get something that actually works.
